Satisfaction is guaranteed at Yarn Lady!
If you are not satisfied with your yarn order you may return the yarn within 5 days of receipt of merchandise for full credit.  However: special orders, "Bag Sale" items, books, patterns,  needles and notions
are a final sale and can not be returned. Thank you for your understanding.


Domestic Shipping: Domestic Shipping: Shipping across the Continental United States is FREE!!! However, in the Spring
of 2005, in order to serve you better and ensure your deliveries were traceable, we contracted with a new courier. This
added expense made it necessary to apply a flat $5.00 handling fee to each order. However, we will WAIVE this fee if
your order (before taxes) is OVER $50!
So go ahead, shop in your jammies and save on gas!
Also, please note: Sorry, we are not able to ship to P.O boxes.

International Shipping:
Because of the added costs, we must charge extra for shipping to countries outside the USA.  Once we receive your order we will e-mail you to advise of the cost of shipping outside the USA.  You will then be able to pay for the shipping charges through our special orders page. To get an idea on international shipping costs please visit

Be sure to reply promptly so that your order is not delayed. We must hear from you within 10 days!!
If you choose not
to go ahead, we will refund your money by reversing your transaction.

Payment:  For your and our security we have chosen PayPal as our payment clearing center when using our Shopping
Cart. PayPal is a well established international payment clearing center. Should you be unwilling or unable to use
PayPal, we invite you to call our store toll-free at 888 770 7809 and give us any of your major credit cards or arrange
to pay for your purchase by check. If you pay by check we will need to wait for the check to clear before sending product.

Back orders:  We make every effort to have sufficient merchandise in stock to fill all orders.  We do not carry
backorders; in the event that an item is out of stock, we will refund your money for the unavailable items by crediting
your Paypal account.  Please be sure to give us your phone number so that we can advise you when these items are
back in stock.

Classes: Our classes are ongoing and you may join at any time.  We do ask that all class materials be purchased at Yarn Lady:  Please read through our Class Guidelines before you sign up for a class.

Workshops: Workshops are one-time events during which a specific project or technique is taught. We do ask that
all class materials be purchased at Yarn Lady:  Please read through our Workshop Guidelines before you sign up
for a workshop.
